Jeff "Swampy" Marsh has been active in the animation world for decades doing everything from being a layout artist to a writer and he’s even been a showrunner. He’s taken on adult series like the Simpsons and King of the Hill and has worked on Rocko’s Modern Life and Pete the Cat, but he’s most famous for bringing to life one Major Monogram through his voice and for his work “co-creating the world showcased” in Milo Murphy’s Law and Phineas & Ferb.
