The boys are joined by a special guest in fellow podcast host and fantasy football nut 5 Yard Murf.

Free agency is very much in the rear view and it's not quite time to talk rookies and the NFL draft but luckily there was a big trade which has knock on effects for fantasy teams everywhere.
