Screenwriter Jen D'Angelo discusses with Jan Price her exciting career and new film, "Hocus Pocus 2," currently streaming on Disney+!

Jen D'Angelo is the woman behind some of the most anticipated female lead stories coming to screen in the next few months and a screenwriter to watch. Her current projects include "Hocus Pocus 2" and the "Untitled Sisters Comedy Project" with Awkwafina and Sandra Oh, amongst other scripts for film and TV.

A longtime fan of "Hocus Pocus," D'Angelo lived out her childhood dream to help this sequel come to life. She can speak of the process of diving into a world that was so important to her when she was young, the pressures that come with such deep love and respect for the source material, and the exciting opportunity to write this world for the previous and next generation of witches. As the writer of Hocus Pocus 2, D'Angelo took the script from conception to completion and was on set for production.
