In this episode, Denise Bindelglass the Vice President of People at ActiveCampaign, and I chat about PEOPLE. Denise has led the People team at ActiveCampaign since January of 2018. Denise leverages HR as a strategic function, using talent acquisition, learning and development, and career pathing to grow ActiveCampaign. She has held senior People leadership roles across a variety of industries, including SaaS, media, e-commerce, and financial services.
Denise is active in community service and the local tech community, serves on several nonprofit boards, and leads ActiveImpact, ActiveCampaign’s giving back initiatives. She holds a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
