Hello to your 1st Friday and 1st episode of 2021. I wished I could say that I hope it was a calm and peaceful start but, it has been a heavy week for the world and especially those of us in the U.S. I had planned to come on this week with a different content but I know we we can all use a little extra light and cheer this moment, so I decided to air this conversation I had with therapist and happiness coach, Jena Jake. 

Jena is one of the most high-spirited and strong humans I know and I love how she has a way to help you see the good in your everyday in such a raw, down to earth way while still taking care of you.
