My guest today is an entrepreneur, artist and ice cream making expert, creator of Jeni’s Splendid ice Creams. She attended Ohio State University to study art history and fine art. In college she started to make her own perfumes, and creating different ice creams with essential oils. She is the author of 3 cookbooks which has led to multiple awards, included a James Bead Award in 2012.

Jeni’s ice splendid ice creams have over 45 stores through the United States.
