Jennah Jacobs is a Certified Personal Trainer and Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor from the Boston area. With a history of chronic pain and autoimmune illness, she has immersed herself in the pain science, anatomy, trauma healing, and functional fitness worlds in order to heal and to help others’ on their healing journeys. Her holistic training approach and movement classes reflect her experience and focus on addressing body, mind, and spirit. She finds that including mindfulness, functional breathing, posture awareness, and sensory work to traditional training helps to regulate the nervous system and address any inefficient or problematic movement patterns that have developed. She believes it's important to recognize that there is not a one size fits all approach to training and enthusiastically empowers her clients and students to take active roles in their fitness and wellness journeys and to develop safe and trusting relationships with their bodies and minds.
