Sue and Kendra talked with Jennifer Shearer, the Vice President of Emergency Preparedness for Mass General Brigham, where she helps coordinate how hospitals prepare for everything from major public events to public health emergencies. Jen is also helping to coordinate plans for Boston to host the World Cup this summer.
