Jenny Lindsay's poem Today is a brave, candid and moving description of living with depression, which she has performed at two events presented by the Mental Health Foundation - The Dust of Everyday Life conference at the CCA in Glasgow in March 2015, and Rally & Broad's Because the Night show during Mental Health Awareness Week in May 2015.
