Being grateful no matter what is happening around you bears fruit and that fruit is...joy and peace that goes beyond what you can understand.

The positive side of of a global pandemic is sharing the help we receive with those who need help, and holding one another up.

If you are going to spread something, and if you don't want to catch it later, be careful how you handle it and what you do with it.

Thoughts lead to actions which can put us in places we do and don't want to be in. Thoughts can also lead to regrets.

Complaining isn't always a bad thing...grumbling however can lead to long term difficulty.

It's not about the physical reflection, it is an inward reflection that comes from a long look at who you are and who you could be...with growth.

We need the power available to us through Christ to be light in the darkness, peace in the storm and know that our best choices bring peace to others and ourselves.

It's time to use our voices for good and not for evil, time to contribute to make a difference for the innocent ones who cannot help themselves. Together we can, and must work hard for change.

We need change, we need to love like God does, without condition, we need to recognize we can do better...together.
