Jen works as a trauma coach from her farm, and the story of how she got there is likey to bring up some feelings. Jen is someone you can just open up with, and I felt that very quickly as we navigated some deep topics striaght off the hop. I have so much respect for her journey, her ability to share it with others, and her compassion to bring recovery and healing to the auras around her (and yes, there are a lot of them!)
