Haila Macedo joins me for a confronting conversation about her lived experience of being a client and employee of Breyton, a man in the Human Design industry who claims his work is "for the women and children" - but I've got multiple mothers who say he financially, emotionally and energetically took advantage of them.

This is Haila's story, and it's supported by 3 women who collaborated on this project - all of whom have had a similar experience.

Paul's back for our sixth podcast episode, and this one is going to help you identify your heart center programming.

This conversation started by covering the 2Hz, 20Hz, and 200Hz frequencies, describing them as childlike, seductive, and professional/leadership-oriented, respectively.

Then we discussed the 3Hz, 30Hz, and 300Hz frequencies, noting that 3Hz is often "invisible" and security-focused, while 30Hz is often associated with the beauty industry and 300Hz with public-facing leadership.

We also covered the 4Hz, 40Hz, and 400Hz frequencies, describing 4Hz as the most casual and invisible, 40Hz as competitive and drama-oriented, and 400Hz as having a "Tim Burton" or goth aesthetic.

Paul's back for our fifth podcast episode, and this one made me laugh more than any of the others. In this conversation we're focusing on the frequency system, dual energies, and the impact of substances on archetypes. Paul and I discussed how the dual energies of 3, 6, and 9 create internal conflicts and how certain drugs can temporarily lock individuals into specific frequencies, particularly benefiting sixes. Paul explained some of the problematic nature of 4-6-8 archetypes, the differences between 2, 3, and 4 energies and how he knows that Michael Jackson was innocent. The conversation also covered common questions Paul is tired of answering, such as Reflector misconceptions and archetype summaries. I went full 7 and shared two magical, personal stories about teaching a child to reality jump and what leaves make wishes come true (which Paul interpreted as macro-scripted easter eggs). We ended by recommending movies and shows with simulation clues, so that you can integrate this information while resting and being entertained. Paul LaMarca's back for a third episode!

In this conversation we discussed the concept of cognition in Human Design, describing it as a superpower for detecting frequencies. Paul explained the six types of cognition, focusing on outer vision as the most advanced for reading frequencies from facial geometry. We talked about how these abilities work like muscles and can be strengthened with use. Paul shared his perspective on how I use my taste cognition for frequency sampling in my Body Jumping sessions.

Paul touched on the stories of Adam and Eve and the Book of Revelation, as encrypted blueprints for archetypal frequencies. We also discussed the roles of different soul themes and archetypes in the simulation, likening the experience to an escape room for some players.
