Jeremiah Gerdin has been invested in Menomonie for only a few years, but in this short time he has become a prominent property in downtown. Purchasing multiple larger properties on Main Street, Gerdin aims to bring a young professional vibrancy to the downtown. He is forward thinking and is encouraging others to be the best landlords they can be to their retail spaces, commercial spaces and for the community as a whole.
