Sarah Young has recently transplanted herself from California to Menomonie, all in the name of skating. Since she was young, she has been skating and a dream of hers was to own a skating rink. We were live from the Dunn County Historical Society in front of a captivated crowd from the Chippewa Valley Learning in Retirement group.
