Jeremy brings a plethora of knowledge to the powerlifting world through his own experiences as a high level competitor and coaching others to do the same.   As a competitive powerlifter, Jeremy was a six-time National Champion and had the honor of representing the United States on the international stage at the IPF World Championships and the World Games. His most notable achievements include earning a gold medal in the deadlift and a bronze medal in the bench press at the 2008 IPF World Championships.   He earned his return to the world stage as a coach, developing his athletes to also earn the honor of competing on the international stage.
