Jeremy Krauze and chef Chris Rosensteel opened Society Sandwich Bar and Social Club in Greenville, South Carolina, in May 2021 in the space where Charlie’s Steakhouse operated for over 90 years. We recently sat down with him at the restaurant on E. Coffee Street.
