The Christian Life is a journey.... from slavery to freedom.... the template in the OT is Israel's journey from Egypt to entry into the Promised Land....

Joshua was born into slavery, witnessed the power and grace of God... learned who God is as he followed Moses, spent much time in the Tent of Meeting learning of God and experiencing his presence.....

Moved with God, obeyed, relationship and experience of....
