Gully talks about his limited alcohol intake this year however still not feeling fully comfortable in his sober skin.

This week we drop our episode early to highlight the protests from Sikh farmers in India and of course the Sikh community across the UK.

The Indian government are trying to pass a bill which will see farmers faced with major cooperation negotiations to settle for a price on crops as opposed to MSP (minimum support price) which insures they all receive a guaranteed basic income.

Gully also talks about the South Asian Audio Creative group who released alarming stats around the lack of Asian presenters in mainstream radio stations across the country.

They also get into the Dutchavelli allegations and the Millwall fans who booed at the weekend during the BLM knee drop.

The guys give their take on BBC One's Small Axe starring Letitia Wright. The TV episode focuses on the Mangrove restaurant in London's Notting Hill as a community fight back against police brutality and end up standing trial.

We talk about the misuse of police power even in this day, the British Caribbean experience as portrayed in the show and a surprise appearance in the episode from a UK MC.

Gully shares his feelings on the racial attack on the young Sikh Kid in Telford and the double celebration of Gurpurb and St. Andrews Day.

Today the guys teach each other some slang from their respective cultures as Gully tries his hand at Punjabi and Joel, Jamaican Patois.

Whilst butchering some of them they both test each other on how the terms could be used in a sentence.

As well as releasing solo music which has been played on the BBC Asian Network and having been featured in Rolling Stones India last month, he is also 1 half of the vocal electronic band Laya Laya.

Joshi talks about his early music days, his creative processes, advice for rappers and Laya Laya's recent success.

We talk Diwali of course and get the lowdown on the historic events with Rama which led to the festival of light and we get our minds blown on how Star Wars was influenced by the culture.
