Jeromy Miles talks Life After NFL and Salsa Baila. On this episode of the Beyond the Helmet we are joined by former All-American and NFL athlete, Jeromy Miles.

Jeromy transferred to UMass from Navy where he immediately made an impact. By the end of his UMass journey he was one of their most decorated athletes, but still was not drafted in the NFL. He signed with the Bengals as an undrafted rookie and made the team. This would launch a six season career most notably with the Bengals and Ravens.

Miles completed his MBA after his time in pro sports. Now he focuses on his restaurant, Soul Baila, in Hartford, CT and he is also a real estate investor. We talk about his journey through pro sports, UMass, and life today.
