But, while he is an exceptional engineer he is also a very interesting entrepreneur! He is incubating Bonded Energy Solutions with a bootstrapping mentality and will share with us his musings on why you need skin in the game, intimately know your industry drivers and ask yourself "am I selling to pleasure or pain?" Gluck, working with Lazslo Osher, a Software Engineer who specializes in data management, developed the SteamTech System, a proprietary software system that allows each radiator, boiler and thermostat a wireless control that can be accessed by a smartphone app enabling a cloud-based building management system to monitor for better energy efficiency.
