The business owns and controls blue-chip assets in both metropolitan and regional markets, including the Hilton Surfers Paradise, Sofitel Darling Harbour and the Four Points by Sheraton at Central Park.

Outside of the hotel sector, SFC has a diversified portfolio with interests in the aviation, medical and events sectors.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Sydney & Monash University and continues to practice as a surgeon at his medical centre in Sydney.
