Without Ace Bailey again, Rutgers basketball beat a pesky St. Peter’s team 75-65.  Led by freshman Dylan Harper and Lathan Somerville again, #24 Rutgers survived a scare against another tournament team and is now 2-0 and ranked #24.

International Embarrassment : The Giants lose 20-17 in brutal fashion in OT to the Panthers Sunday in Germany. A late Giants rally was thwarted by a crushing OT fumble as the Giants moved to 2-8.

Minus 2 more key starters, Rutgers overcame Minnesota 26-19 in a key big 10 matchup Saturday in Piscataway.  Kaliakmanis had a strong game, and the defense was much improved as RU is now 1 win away from a bowl game.

Rutgers basketball starts strong as 2 freshmen lead RU to a 75-52 win over Wagner to start a potentially historic season.  Without star freshman Ace Bailey, Rutgers was powered by Dylan Harper and Nathan Somerville in their opener. I break it all down...

Mistakes and poor defense cost the Giants as they fell 27-22 to Washington.  Chasing points with ridiculous 2-point attempts and a TD wiped out by a penalty also contributed to another annoying loss for Big Blue.

Unpopular as this opinion is, the NY Giants should tank. To get a franchise QB in the draft, the Giants must get in a prime draft position. This season is over, meaningless Nov/Dec wins cannot deprive us of a franchise QB for the 2nd year in a row

A way-too-soon look at position by position potential 2025 roster changes, as well as a Yankees 2024 post-mortem. I discuss where the Yankees need to go from this let down.

The season is over for the Yankees’ who choked away a 5-run lead - with putrid defense costing the Yankees.    5 unearned runs in the 5th inning capped a pathetic defensive series and leaves the Yanks looking for answers.

Anthony Volpe carries the Yankees to an 11-4 win in game 4, as the Yanks stay alive.  The bats woke up and the Yanks will look to Cole to keep it rolling in game 5.

Putrid offense buries the Yankees as the Dodgers win Game 3 and take a commanding 3-0 lead in the World Series. Pathetic hitting up and down the lineup will end up being the Yankees 2024 legacy.
