Jersey Guy Sports

Welcome to Jersey Guy Sports.  This is the home of sports talk about the Yanks, Giants, Rangers and Rutgers.  I’m your host Don.  Today we’ll be talking about:

• The Giants GM gets introduced to fans with a Wednesday press conference.  I talk about Schoen's thoughts on Daniel Jones, his take on analytics, hiring a new coach, and more

• Rutgers Postseason hopes are done due to an awful home loss to Maryland Tuesday night.  I discuss a brutal home loss for RU to a Maryland team that played well, but that was beatable.  The inconsistency and slow starts in games for Rutgers are partly Coach Steve Pikiell's responsibility.  Rutgers has never really replaced Johnson, Young, and Mathis and it shows.

Welcome to Jersey Guy Sports, the home of sports talk about the Yanks, Giants, Rangers and Rutgers.  I’m your host Don.  Today we’ll be talking about:

• Giants offense really needs to be fixed.  Watching the NFL playoff games over the weekend, the stark difference between the offense of these playoff teams and the Giants offense has never been more apparent.  Also I discuss that fantastic Bills-Chiefs game and the need to save timeouts, and the need to change the OT rules.
• Rangers win Monday 3-2 over LA Kings in a shootout.  Another Kreider goal, another Igor good performance, another weak 5 on 5 effort, still results in another Rangers victory.

Welcome to Jersey Guy sports.  Sports talk about the Yanks, Giants, Rangers and Rutgers.  I’m your host Don.

Today we’ll discuss Rutgers Basketball’s big road win over a Maryland, the Rangers won a game on the road when not playing their best, and also thinking about what could have been.  What if Josh Allen went to the Giants and not to the Bills?   They could have drafted him of course ...  Thanks for listening and please tell your friends if you want to hear more Jersey Sports talk.
