A heart that is bitter can make even the most selfless person feel unkind and years of boundary violations generate great anger.  In this episode, Jess M Cutler is able to confront the source of her bitterness and anger and find healing.   "No" has always been an easy word to say when faced with danger or bad options, but saying "No" to the good was never an option for Jess.  By understanding how guilt - the fear of hurting others - has been manipulating her acts of service - she has worked to regain control of her life by learning how to say "No" - sometimes - to the good.    On her quest to live an |N|tentional life - Jess has finally begun to recognize that  Saying "Yes" to everything that is "good" - meant saying "No" to everything that was "great."  Who wants good - when they know they have great?!    Discovering the freedom to love and serve others by developing and respecting her own boundaries has been the source of her heart healing and has paved the way on this road to re|N|vention.
