Welcome to this episode + conversation with Jessica LeBlanc.

Jess LeBlanc is a multifaceted educator and facilitator committed to holistic well-being and personal transformation. With a background in Child Health and a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education, she specializes in mental health, community care, and health promotion. As a psychosocial educator, trauma-informed coach, speaker, yogi, and leadership consultant, Jess’s work centers on building human capacity and life-enhancing skills.

Her expertise includes self-awareness, emotional literacy, cognitive flexibility, nervous system regulation, resilience, motivation, empathy, communication, relationship building, confidence, and self-regulation. Grounded in the belief that the mind and body are equal partners in healing, Jess’s approach bridges science and spirit to foster meaningful, embodied change.

Known as a connection catalyst, Jess empowers individuals to strengthen the relationship between their inner and outer worlds. Through her company, Embodied Living, she designs transformative experiences and tools to help people live and lead with intention and integrity. She also partners with organizations to enhance wellness and leadership programs, weaving in a trauma-informed and holistic lens to support sustainable growth and workplace well-being.
