Jessica is a passionate advocate for those effected by sexual assault, having first-hand experience.  She uses her platform as Miss Dixie Stockshow to help others along their journey, and raise awareness.  Hailing from Louisiana, Jessica describes herself as an "Italian build" woman, who feared competing at the Miss level because of her body type.  Today, she knows and believes that beauty comes from within.  We discuss what that looks like in the Miss America 2.0 competition, and the rise of many candidate types. 

Jessica has been involved in the Miss America Organization for years, and competed in seven competitions before earning her first (and only!)
