We are reading A Jesus-Shaped Life by Steve Cordle for Lent. Today we begin with the thought that we were "Made For This." We were made for holiness of heart and life. God the Divine Potter, the "Holy Shaper," is forming us into the likeness of Jesus, just as God always intended us to be.

In our series on Coming Home, Jesus returns to Nazareth and reads from Isaiah and announces His mission.  

On this Baptsim of the Lord Sunday, we relfect on the meaning of Bapstim as God claims us as His own.
