Jesus Christ, thank you for my body. I want to love and honour my body as the precious gift it is. Please forgive me for hating my body and the torture I have put it through over the years trying to find love. You are love. Only God is good and I am so thankful to know you.

Thank you Jesus, for taking my shame. I carry around so much shame, it’s annoying. I am practicing to acknowledge and give it to Christ as it comes. Food and body shame has been eating at.... please Lord, continue to help. XO JC

Jesus Christ, I am struggling with shame I can’t quite define-please cleanse me of this. Please help me quit habits whereby I suppress undefined feelings of shame through binge eating, smoking, trivial gossip, and excessive screen time. You are a glorious God and I want to please you. Please Lord, help me-I am pitiful without you. I love you so much Jesus ✝️
