Reminder to self: my goal is to Praise the Lord. Acknowledging and overcoming embarrassment/fear of ridicule. Daily habits, faith refocused, journey, Jesus before me, faith over fear, keep going, thank you Lord. Body image, nutrition, shame, complex PTSD, healing, Holy Spirit ✝️
