Final Thought: The tax collectors and sinners were drawing near to hear Jesus because He came to save sinners. The Pharisees and scribes murmured and grumbled because they were righteous and had no need for "This Man's" salvation or repentance. This man, the Son of God who came down from heaven, has come for sinners like you and me. Will you come to Him in repentance? Will you see Him there on that tree as crucified for you?
