We know so much more about the world and how things work than we did even 50 years ago. But there are some things that knowledge and study can’t explain. In this edition of Jesus is Real Radio, Pastor Daniel shares that the peace of God is one of those things. Because it originates with an unfathomable God, you can’t fully understand it no matter how much you study. This deep and lasting peace is rooted in Him and is sustained by Him.

I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a crazy year. So much has happened. And, many people have been left reeling, knocked off kilter by it all. Well, today, Pastor Daniel wants you to remember that Jesus came to bring you peace. He was born into this world so that you can experience life as it ought to be, one of flourishing and hope. So, while the past year has been tough, it doesn’t have to wreck you. You can find real peace in Jesus.

When you think of Christmas, twinkling lights, presents, food, and family come to mind. But, as Pastor Daniel shares today, the main message of Christmas isn’t any of those things. Christmas is about Jesus coming to rescue you. That tiny, little baby was born to save this hurting and broken world. This is the Gospel message: that Jesus, the righteous judge, came to make a way for you to be right with God. He is the real reason to celebrate.

It’s pretty obvious that this world isn’t perfect. There’s pain, injustice, and brokenness everywhere you look. But you don’t have to despair. There’s hope! In today’s edition of Jesus is Real Radio, Pastor Daniel shares that Jesus came to bring true peace and to make things the way they ought to be. And He wants you to help Him do this. Jesus is inviting you to simply respond to Him and get involved in what He’s doing in the world.

Politics is always a hot topic. Everyone has an opinion about how things should go. Well, today, Pastor Daniel shares that your true allegiance is to the kingdom of God, not a specific political party. Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Pastor Daniel explains that his kingdom supersedes every other nation, government, and political agenda. He encourages you to let this reality shape your view and impact your personal stance.

God doesn’t do things the way we would. That’s why some would call His wisdom backward, it just doesn’t make sense sometimes. Well, today Pastor Daniel explains that it’s not God’s kingdom that’s upside down, but it’s the way the world works that’s broken. You’ll be reminded that God’s ways may be unexpected, but they’re better. Like Mary, you can praise God for what He’s doing in the world, even if it doesn’t make sense to you.

You’ve probably heard that prayer can move mountains. And while God does sometimes answer your prayers by doing remarkable things, often the mountains He moves are found in your own heart. In today’s message, Pastor Daniel explains that prayer isn’t an automatic “get what you want” button, but a chance for you to humble yourself before the Lord and seek Him. Then you’ll be able to see what’s broken in your life and let Him restore you.

You start off well. You have the best intentions and believe that God can do what He says He’ll do. And then…things start to go wrong. Fear and doubt creep in and it seems safer to take the reins again. Today, Pastor Daniel shares that this happens to everyone. You begin choosing to walk by faith but then that trust is rattled. As you continue your look at the Christmas story, you’ll see how Mary stuck it out and saw God do miraculous things.
