People sometimes choose which aspect of Jesus' character they want to follow. They want acceptance just as they are – so Jesus is only loving, never judging. Or the opposite – they want justice – so Jesus is ONLY a judge, never merciful. Pastor Daniel reminds you today – Jesus is both AND! He is a judge and redeemer. Patient and grace-filled, and also conquering King! He is ALL things, ALWAYS – not just what’s convenient for you!

Today Pastor Daniel is sharing an important and incredibly sad scene that will take place at the end of time. There’s vital work to be done – a scroll needs to be opened – but not one person is found to be worthy. Who is worthy? Someone who has never sinned – and that right there disqualifies us all. But – you won’t be discouraged for long – Pastor Daniel alluded to the answer to this problem just now too. JESUS is perfect. He can do what we cannot!

What has Salvation changed in your life? Knowing God and knowing what a follower of His should look like – has that had any impact on your day-to-day actions? Pastor Daniel will challenge you today to take an honest look at your life and see what grace has altered. And if nothing’s changed – maybe it’s an occasion to spend some quality time with your Creator and Savior! And let what you discover shape who you are in the world!

God is worth your admiration. More than that – He’s given you a new life! He’s rescued you from death – something you don’t deserve. Pastor Daniel will tell you today about the praise happening right now in Heaven around God’s throne – how there are creatures there made to worship the Lord. He’ll remind you too that YOU are a creation made to worship the Lord – and He deserves it right now, while you’re still here on earth!

The throne room of Heaven won’t be shrouded in darkness – we learn that in many places in the Bible, and especially from the passage Pastor Daniel will be teaching today. There’s light, color, and radiance – all emanating from God’s throne! And that light is meant to hit the darkness of this world you live in. It comes from the Lord, THROUGH YOU – out to the people you encounter every day. Don’t let anything hinder the light you have to share!

There’s a perspective of life that’s from the Lord – it’s how He sees us, and how He sees the world as a whole. And as you’ll hear today from Pastor Daniel, that perspective is vastly different than what the world projects! So, if we’re trying to fix our problems using the perspective of people – human sinners, because we all are exactly that – then what difference will ever be made? Your life isn’t going to change until you look at it from GOD’s viewpoint!

God has some hard things to say to the church in Laodicea today. And because these words are in the Bible – it’s a good idea to find out if these words are for you too. God wants you to grow in your walk with Him. This can include times where He needs to do some hard work inside – in the places you’ve tried to keep hidden. Pastor Daniel shares that He’s not doing this out of spite – not at all! It’s because He loves you, more than you can fathom!

What has Jesus been doing in your life lately? It might be hard to see right away – sometimes what the Lord is doing is subtle, but powerful. And, you may not think He’s doing anything at all. But Pastor Daniel reminds you today that God is faithful – you know this because Jesus has said so. He is a witness for the Father, and His Word is good. There’s evidence of that throughout Scripture! So you can trust that the Father is working – because Jesus said so!

Persecution is part of the life of a follower of Jesus. Hard word to hear – but it’s true! The Bible promises us that fact. Don’t tune out though – the Bible promises help too. It promises a life you’d never find anywhere else, with the greatest Savior to love you and guide you and give you everything you need! Pastor Daniel will urge you in today’s message to stay faithful to the Lord, even when – or rather, ESPECIALLY when – the road gets rough!

Pastor Daniel moves today into a letter about faithfulness. It’s a praise of a church that has remained faithful, despite circumstances that could have broken them. And, it’s an encouragement to you – a guide on how YOU should handle similar situations. When this world comes at you – and it will – you need to be prepared. You need to practice now remaining true to what the Bible says – then, when trouble comes, you’ll be ready!
