We are surrounded by darkness, which threatens to increase with each passing day. But not only did Jesus declare that he is the light of the world, he is mobilizing his people to be the light. When we follow Jesus, darkness is toppled as we first bask in the light and then shine forth to provide much needed light in this world. | John 8:12-14; Matthew 5:14-16
