We are catching up after a few days of being slackers and sluggards

You can literally choose to be happy and thankful. Just focus on what is around you that you love, not the things you wish were different. Then try to figure out how to get more of what you love into your life.

I had a quick moment of consciousness and realize what I had done was just be fully present. DMT help me see it and language gives me ways to Direct my attention. Avoid language in labels as much as possible to be present

I really quick episode because I’m feeling like shit but I did get a fancy new guitar today. And we went to the beach. And diarrhea.

My old roommate Kyle came over and made some killer food and we had killer conversations and some killer weed which made for killer evening. Life is good.
