Jesus: Our Eternal King | Ryan Visconti

Listen Later

Let’s talk about royalty—but not the kind you read about in tabloids. I’m talking about the kind that reigns in righteousness and power for eternity. God never wanted His people to be ruled by flawed human kings. But they begged: “Give us a king like the other nations!” And God said, “You’re rejecting me as your King...but fine—don’t say I didn’t warn you.”Enter Saul—tall, impressive, charismatic… and tragically flawed. Disobedient. Prideful. A poster child for royalty without righteousness. He started strong, but ended his life on his own sword. Why? Because disobedience always destroys destiny. That’s a word for some of you men—you can’t lead well if you don’t submit well.

Then came David, the man after God’s own heart. He was better. But he still fell. Adultery. Murder. A broken home. His life is a reminder that God uses flawed people—not because they’re perfect, but because they trust Him. If you’ve messed up, there’s still redemption in Jesus. 🙌And from David’s line came the only perfect King—the one who reigns forever: King Jesus. He came once as a suffering servant. But He’s coming again in power. On a white horse. With armies behind Him. And when He returns, every knee will bow—atheists, celebrities, world leaders, demons—all of them. You’ll either bow in salvation or in judgment. He’s the King either way.✅

If Jesus is King…You must submit. He’s not just your friend, therapist, or provider. He’s LORD. That means obedience isn’t optional. You must bring tribute.Worship. Tithe. Serve. Not out of duty, but because He’s worthy. You live under His covering.Obedience brings blessing and protection. Disobedience puts you outside the safety of His Kingdom. You fight for His Kingdom. We’re not here to be cultural doormats. We disciple nations. We raise kids in Christ. We vote with Kingdom values. This isn’t a political war—it’s spiritual warfare.

💥 We’re not fighting for power—we’re fighting for souls. So let me ask you—is Jesus just your Savior, or is He truly your King?Because submission is how we show our love. “If you love me, obey my commands.” – John 14:15🔥 This is the kind of message the world needs. Share it. Preach it. Live it. And get ready—because King Jesus is coming back, and His Kingdom will never end.
