Under the Old Covenant is was OUR job to wash ourselves. When Jesus came HE washed us with the water of the Word (which is Jesus, which is love). We ARE clean!

In order to reckon something, you have to have a leg to stand on. Or a foundation to build on. Spiritually speaking, that is the cross. And because of the cross we can reckon ourselves dead unto sin (or unbelief) and alive unto God (or love)!

The best way to defeat your enemies is to make them your friends. In order to break those walls down we look at how God broke down the walls of Jericho!

What is the actual battle, spiritually speaking, that we are called to fight? And, equally as important, how do we fight that battle? Part 1 of 2.

A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways. That's why it's so important for your eye to be singular! What you see is what you be. And you see clearly when the light of the world (the light of God's love) shines on you, and in you, and through you!

We are God's love letter to the world. Everything He wants to say, He says in us, and through us, and as us!

When we look into the mirror, we see Jesus. Because Jesus lives in us. But you have to look with an unveiled face. And that means the old is passed away.

Building up instead of tearing down. Telling people what's right with them instead of what's wrong with them. Training up a child in the way he SHOULD go. This is what it means to edify.

As He (Jesus) is, so are we in this world. Which begs the question, how is He? And where is He? Because only in knowing that can we know who we are, how we are, and where we are!

We are the salt and the light. That means that Jesus works through us. But what does it mean if the salt loses it's saltiness? What does it mean if the light doesn't shine?
