Last week we started looking at the specific examples that Jesus shares in way of the “new” Torah, or reinterpretation of the old by reading His words on the danger of anger. Equally as devastating is what Jesus addresses next. In fact, this one might be an even bigger issue for people today because of how “private” we can keep it. Let’s pick up where we left off in Matthew 5, down at verse 27.
