4. Avoid be selfish toward others but selfless instead with appropriate boundaries and realistic expectations toward others.

5. Avoid being self-absorbed but instead be content, humble, thankful, and appreciative.

6. Be willing to help others just like you are willing for others to help you.

In closing, see the danger of Self-Love without God’s Self-less Love will be like a bird wanting to fly wingless despite already having wings to fly.

In others words there is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself or self-care, but you do it in a selfless not selfish manner.
