Not finding empathy for my struggles in life. So I turned to the one person I can count on, me.

At my age getting your checklist checked should be half way filled. In my case, the basic things as an adult have not been checked off.

More of my coping skills. It's not for everyone. We are all unique and different. So are our own coping skills. But nothing wrong with learning how others do it.
