James is back from Disney this week! So instead of talking about WoW with Packy, we talk about CoD (and other stuff of course).

While James is at "the most wonderful place on earth" (Disney), Packy and Greg take the opportunity to talk about WoW (and other things).

Jacob joins us this week to catch up! We talked about his time with the Steam Deck, Wrath of the Lich King classic, games respecting our time, and his love for Mortal Kombat (as well as other fighting games).

This week we talk about Stadia finally shutting down but are thankful for the ideas and competition it did provide like a controller that connects over Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth.

Beyond that, we are playing and absolutely adore Grounded! We draw some comparisons too between Obsidian, the developers of Grounded, and Asobo Studios, the developers of the upcoming Plague Tale: Requiem. The two developers consistently are able to make good games across a wide variety of styles and genres including stuff like Flight Simulator, or Fragments a HoloLens AR game from Asobo.

In this episode we talk about the role of AI generated content in gaming, whether that be someone like Disney purchasing the voice of Darth Vader, or Ninja Theory using "AI" as placeholders during development.

We also talk about traditions we all have around gaming, where Packy teaches us about the Old-Manondorf competitions.

Last but not least this week, we talked about the Ubisoft Forward Event.

Notably this included Mario and Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, The Division Heartland (a new free to play entry), The Division Resurgence (a new mobile entry), and of course, James' immense excitement for the future of Assassin's Creed!

In this second part we talk about Sony's State of Play including our excitement for God of War: Ragnarök and our feelings on it releasing for both the current and last generation of consoles.
