Hola a todos, hoy les traigo un vídeo en el que hice mi último entrenamiento de freestyle mientras me recupero de la cirugía. Este entrenamiento fue increíble, ya que logré combinar el 360 y el ginger en un mismo combo.

También grabé a mis compañeros @enma2020 y @josexwc intentando cosas nuevas. Enma sacó 6 soles (terminó mareado) 😂, y José logró el tornado 360.

Fue un buen día. En dinámicos, pero en estaticos no tanto ya que estábamos adoloridos por la rutina de presses que hicimos un día antes. Me dio por intentar un 720 y la verdad es que me gustó cómo lo estoy girando. La próxima vez que haga freestyle, iré al 100% para sacarlo.

Después de hacer dinámicos, fuimos a las otras barras y realicé una mini rutina de básicos, donde hice algunos muscle ups y dominadas.

Hi everyone, today I bring you a video in which I did my last freestyle workout while recovering from surgery. This workout was amazing, as I managed to combine the 360 and the ginger in the same combo.

I also recorded my buddies @enma2020 and @josexwc trying new things. Enma pulled out 6 suns (ended up dizzy) 😂, and Jose managed the 360 tornado.

It was a good day. In dynamics, but in statics not so much as we were sore from the routine presses we did a day before. I got to try a 720 and I really liked the way I'm turning it. Next time I do freestyle, I'm going 100% to pull it out.

After doing dynamics, we went to the other bars and I did a mini basics routine, where I did some muscle ups and pull ups.

Hola a todos, hoy les traigo un vídeo diferente en el que hago una rutina de straddle con mi compañero, “hijo”, y mi dúo de free. En esta rutina, nos enfocamos en mejorar la postura y los presses.

Antes de empezar la rutina empezamos en las otras barras como es de costumbre hacer dinamicos fue difícil ya que no había magnesio pero para estar sin magnesio la barra estuvo bien.

Y bueno luego de terminar de hacer dinamicos nos fuimos a las otras barras a empezar la rutina que consiste en :

La rutina fue buena porque logramos entender de nuevo la postura. En realidad, es una rutina rápida pero efectiva.

Hi everyone, today I bring you a different video in which I do a straddle routine with my partner, "son", and my free duo. In this routine, we focus on improving posture and presses.

Before starting the routine we started on the other bars as usual doing dynamics was difficult since there was no magnesium but for being without magnesium the bar was fine.

And well after we finished doing dynamics we went to the other bars to start the routine that consists of :

The routine was good because we were able to understand the posture again. Actually, it's a quick but effective routine.

Hola a todos, hoy les traigo un vídeo de dinámicos en dónde hice los trucos que mejor domino. El Pasavalla Laizans pensé que no lo iba a sacar, ya que hace poco me caí haciéndolo. Y como es algo peligroso si te caes, siempre te llenas de miedo, luego caéis en el círculo vicioso de miedo-inacción que menos mal ya superé, así que vuelvo a tener el truco como si nada hubiera pasado.

Ese día estaba fluyendo bien, no me sentía pesado como un calisténico diría me sentí liviano para hacer dinámicos. También intenté el truco 720, que es un supertruco que llevo más de un año intentando y ya estoy muy cerca de tener, solo me falta agarrarme a la barra (pues parece que tengo manos de mantequilla 😂).

Hola a todos, el día de hoy les traigo un vídeo en dónde hago mi actividad favorita del día de dinámicos con mis compañeros @Valecillos y @Enma2020. Me sentía ligero, pero los callos me estaban doliendo mucho hice algunos combos básicos e intenté el geinger este truco es el que más me ha costado recuperar y se me ha olvidado la técnica, pero con la ayuda de mi compañero Enma poco a poco la voy entendiendo.

También hice un supra 540 desde que lo agarre no lo he vuelto a sacar más y de vez en cuando como en el vídeo me pegó en el antebrazo y esos golpes hacen que no lo intente más por algunos días y me motivaron para hacer 720 que estoy cerca de sacarlo y casi lo agarro.

Hoy les traigo un video de mi última visita al parque Ana María Campo, ese día fui temprano al parque y había demasiado sol, llegué a mi casa quemado por el sol, algo común en mi ciudad, la más calurosa de país.

En el parque hay canchas de futbol, básquet y otros deportes. Al llegar al jugué un rato fútbol con mi compañero @valecillos, luego hice algunos estáticos y al rato llego otro compañero con el magnesio necesario para poder hacer freestyle.

Hice algunos combos básicos, ya que esa barra es muy incómoda para mí, por qué es muy bajita y casi no puedo hacer cositas locas.

Luego de terminar, mis compañeros y yo compramos unos batidos y compartiendo mientras esperábamos el taxi de regreso a casa.

Today I bring you a video of my last visit to Ana Maria Campo park, that day I went early to the park and there was too much sun, I arrived home sunburned, something common in my city, the hottest in the country.

In the park there are soccer fields, basketball and other sports. When I arrived at the park I played soccer for a while with my partner @valecillos, then I did some static and after a while another partner arrived with the necessary magnesium to be able to freestyle.

I did some basic combos, since that bar is very uncomfortable for me, because it is very low and I can't do crazy things.

After finishing, my partners and I bought some smoothies and shared while waiting for the cab back home.

El día de hoy les traigo un vídeo en el que realizo algunos combos básicos de freestyle. Estoy deseando volver a incorporar el "geinger" en mis combos, pero primero necesito recuperar la técnica.

Esperaré a mi compañero @enma2020 para que me explique mejor la técnica del "geinger". Después de varios intentos, traté de ejecutar un "supra 540", que es mi único truco avanzado por ahora, pero no logré hacerlo salir. Reflexionando sobre mis intentos, me di cuenta de que no miro la barra mientras ejecuto los movimientos; simplemente dejo que mis manos actúen por inercia.

Luego, me propuse dominar el "swing 720", mi truco favorito y el que siempre he deseado lograr desde que comencé con la calistenia. Estoy muy cerca de conseguirlo, y cuando lo logre, ¡seré muy feliz!

Today I bring you a video in which I perform some basic freestyle combos. I'm looking forward to incorporate the geinger back into my combos, but first I need to get the technique back.

I'll wait for my partner @enma2020 to explain the geinger technique better. After several attempts, I tried to execute a "supra 540", which is my only advanced trick for now, but I failed to make it come out. Reflecting on my attempts, I realized that I don't look at the bar while executing the moves; I simply let my hands act by inertia.

Next, I set out to master the "720 swing," my favorite trick and the one I've always wanted to achieve since I started calisthenics. I'm very close to achieving it, and when I do, I'll be very happy!

Hola @hivecalisthenics Aqui Jeyson bracho, si miran mi blog verán que soy un atleta de calistenia y street workout. Pertenezco al club Fortis Workout, el club de calistenia más grande de la ciudad de Maracaibo. El día de hoy les traigo un vídeo en dónde hago un poco de freestyle. Es la rama de la calistenia en dónde me especializo más.

La calistenia la conocí en 2020 a principios de junio, y desde ese entonces me enamoré de este deporte y le agradezco a mi bro, @Hecatonquirox por hablarme del ecosistema de Hive. Me la he pasado muy bien por aquí, y lo seguiré haciendo, ahora a través de esta nueva iniciativa llamada Hive Calisthenics.

Desde que empecé en esto, me enfoque mucho en el freestyle ya que me llamaba la atención ver a los chicos hacer esos giros que creía imposibles y con el tiempo me di cuenta que cuando te lo propones puedes llegar lejos.

Hoy en día ayudo a mis compañeros a sacar trucos que hasta ellos creían imposible y eso me motiva cada día a progresar más, ayudar a mis compis a progresar me encanta. Es de las cosas más bonitas que tiene esta disciplina.

Para mí, este tiempo que llevo en Fortis me ha permitido darme cuenta de que realmente entre todos somos una gran familia, indestructible. Estar con ellos es estar en casa. Espero hacer de HC (Podemos decir HC? 😂), también mi nuevo hogar en la Blockchain.

Todavía me falta mucho por recorrer muchas cosas por mejorar y con disciplina y la ayuda de mis compañeros lo voy a lograr.

Hi @hivecalisthenics Here Jeyson bracho, if you look at my blog you will see that I am a calisthenics and street workout athlete. I belong to the club Fortis Workout, the largest calisthenics club in the city of Maracaibo. Today I bring you a video where I do some freestyle. It is the branch of calisthenics where I specialize more.

I met calisthenics in 2020 at the beginning of June, and since then I fell in love with this sport and I thank my bro, @Hecatonquirox for telling me about the Hive ecosystem. I've had a great time around here, and will continue to do so, now through this new initiative called Hive Calisthenics.

Since I started in this, I focused a lot on freestyle because it caught my attention to see the guys do those turns that I thought were impossible and over time I realized that when you put your mind to it you can go far.

Nowadays I help my mates to pull off tricks that even they thought were impossible and that motivates me every day to progress more, I love helping my mates to progress. It's one of the most beautiful things about this discipline.

For me, this time I've been at Fortis has allowed me to realize that we are really one big, indestructible family. Being with them is like being at home. I hope to make HC (Can we say HC? 😂), also my new home in the Blockchain.

I still have a long way to go and many things to improve and with discipline and the help of my colleagues I will achieve it.
