焦虑本身如期而至，录完节目后，完全不想听自己的声音，拖了几天才找到理想的BGM. 结果便是，从上个月拖到了这个月才更。

仔细回想了下，同事告诉我这一现实，从某种意义上说算是防御性悲观。当我们提前知道了最糟糕的结果，那现实再怎么发展，都能接受吧。因为我俩的工作坦言说，近期都不太顺。

关于电话焦虑，@Very British Problem 有个很有意思的推, I phoned you yesterday - I knew, I saw as it happened.

黑狗则是抑郁的比喻，据传源于丘吉尔。

白天参加老朋友婚礼了，当伴郎，煎熬的是，本应该要和很多陌生人快速熟络起来，但这次——依然没有做到。

但换个角度，用工科生的浪漫来说：

摄于2015年8月3日，当时还只是纯粹觉得马脸头套莫名喜感，戴上了让舍友拍了个照。一年半后，我再调这张照片时，偏好了暗色。那段时间尤其不顺，而马男也伴随了自己很久。
尽管 Bojack 很丧，但正是马所擅长的奔跑，亦是生命最原始的体现。

说到这里，回去看了下以前的文字，也是顺着到了那夜 Sarah Lynn 和 Bojack 在洛杉矶天文台看的星空。
