Blended family life has been a part of our journey from Day One. It wasn't always easy - in fact, it was harder than it was easy. We made a lot of mistakes, but we did a few important things right.

It poured on our wedding day - it was actually a snapshot at what was to come. But so much more happened on this day...more than we could have ever orchestrated ourselves.

We moved at the pace of whatever-the-heck-we-wanted-in-the-moment. It was a pace we knew we wouldn't be able to maintain, but at the time we didn't care.
