Jim Jordan, House Judiciary Committee Chairman, joins the show to give his reaction to the revelations in "Artic Frost." The Biden Department of Justice subpoenaed his personal phone records, and those of 400+ customers, seeking the phone data covering a more than two-year period.
The subpoena shows a federal prosecutor who later worked on special counsel Jack Smith's Jan. 6 investigation ordered Verizon to hand over the phone data, also known as toll records, reaching back to Jan. 1, 2020. The Biden DOJ instructed Verizon to NOT tell JOrdan, and the other customers they were being subpoened. This is the investigation that led to Smith bringing election-related charges of Alternate Electors against President Donald Trump.
