Jim Lill's Podcast

Charlie Worsham and Bryan Sutton have a tornado relief show at the Station Inn, Glaser knocks it out of the park with a bridge installation, XTS makes a great pedalboard, and the world is shutting down for a while because of coronavirus.

There's a Whiskey jam appearance coming up, Jim makes it out of a tornado unscathed, John Osborne is now using his amp, Glaser is putting a bridge on his guitar, XTS is building his pedalboard, and at the end some speakers are swapped and played.

Car repairs are needed, the Gibson SG is played, the Anderson Tele is at Joe Glaser's shop, and a string shootout happens at the end.

Jim gets back from Carter Vintage guitars and talks about old guitars, the Super Bowl, and Skywalkers Risings. Spoilers for Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker if you haven't seen it yet.

Topics include seeing a friend's band play, diving deeper into favorite bands and musicians, recent sports stories, and answering questions about the pedalboard build video.

Also, the 2nd half of this podcast is a scrapped episode from a few days earlier where Jim tested two Dr. Z amp heads against each other and swapped tubes around.

Other topics include DIYing things, potential new course topics, and some guitar gets played.

Jim talks about selling everything that isn't used every day, having a normal pedalboard, and only listening to good music.
