Jim begins the show alone as Trent makes his way back from Principal Park and looks at Big Ten Media days and some MLB. Trent joins as the guys talk Hawkeyes with Pat Harty and Cyclones with Alex Halsted.

Jim & Trent begin the show talking about more position players pitching for the Cubs and then get into Big Ten Football Media days with a look at the Hawkeyes. Adam Kramer from Kegs N Eggs stops by to talk college football with Trent before previewing the state baseball tournament and Carlisle with Wildcats head coach Blake Heitmeier.

Jim & Trent begin the 2nd hour talking Vikings with BJ Reidell along with the passing of Tony Sparano, the offensive line coach. The guys then listen in to the press conference with Big Ten Commishioner Jim Delany before getting ready for the night in sports

The guys kick off the show with some Big Ten football talk and a look at the Hawkeyes, then talk about the British Open, Tiger and the great late leaderboard. Wolfgang checks in to talk Iowa football, Big Ten and trying to find a place to crash at LeBron's house. And the hour finishes with some baseball talk from the weekend from Jim & Trent.

Trent begins the 2nd hour talking with ESPN's Zubin Mehenti as they look back at 2002 football in the state of Iowa, MLB's Rob Manfred calling out Mike Trout and Kawhi getting traded. Then it's time to talk with Ken Silverstein as they talk plenty of Big Ten football including a closer look at Michigan.

Trent opens up the show on a solo edition with some talk on football, then a look back at Substate baseball and next week's State Tournament at Principal Park. Seth Gruen stops in for some point/counterpoint in the Big Ten West and MLB talk with Mike Bates from SB Nation.

The 2nd hour starts with a look around college football and media days with Pete Fiutek from College Football News, Jeff Hughes of Da Bears Blog gives a look at the outlook in Chicago with camp opening in Bourbonnais tomorrow and then a look to tonight in sports.

Jim & Trent open up the show with some thoughts on the All Star game and the pending trade of Manny Machado to the Dodgers and where the Cubs fit in the NL, then Hawkeye football talk with Rob Howe of Hawkeye Nation and Sean Tomlinson stops by with a look around the NFL.

Hour 2 starts up with a look at the Substate finals in high school baseball, then the guys get into the MLB All Star game and how the league can better market it stars. John Bohnenkamp from the Burlington Hawkeye stops in to talk Dodgers, Manny Machado and some Hawkeye football with the guys before they get ready for the All Star game with some prop bets.

Jim & Trent open up the program with some baseball talk, the home run Derby and then talk Big 12 football. Derek Duke from Heartland College Sports looks deeper at media days and gives thoughts on Iowa State, K-State and Okie State before Ian Casselberry previews the All Star game and MLB trades.
