So, here's the thing this podcast is a bit like my kitchen at the end of a busy week. There's a half-finished coffee, a bunch of half-baked ideas, and the occasional moment of oh, that actually turned out alright. It's me, Jim, rambling through the chaos of building stuff, breaking stuff, and occasionally stumbling into something that works.

This week I’m rambling on about AI models that blow your mind and then next thing I get yanked to the joy (and pain) of running a co-working space, and the eternal struggle of trying to fit 48 hours of work into 24. There's songwriting with my 12-year-old, pitches that need polishing, and the never-ending quest to make forms not suck.

My update from this week is a bit of a rollercoaster. I've been on holiday with my family, which was amazing, and it's really helped me get back into the swing of things. I've also been working on Cyber Essentials for my company, which I'm really proud of. I've also been working on Sidebar, which is going well, and I'm excited to release it to the App Store next week. I've also been thinking about how to share my podcasts with others and how to improve the platform. It's been a busy week, but it's been a good one, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the week.

Hey there, welcome to Sidebar, my very first podcast. It's been a whirlwind week for me, and I'm excited to share what I've learned along the way. From recording my first episode to setting up a feature that allows you to release and archive your podcast, I've had a lot to unpack.

Today was a busy Saturday, and I'm still trying to catch up on everything I've been working on. I've been working on improving the audio quality of my podcast and fixing some bugs that I've encountered. I've also been thinking about how I want to promote my podcast and how I want to make it easier for people to find and listen to.

One of the things that I'm really excited about is the new feature that I've added to my podcast app. This feature allows you to turn your podcast clips into videos, which you can then share on social media. It's a great way to promote your podcast and to engage with your audience.

I'm also excited about the fact that I've started a new project called debriefer. This project is about using agent-driven structured conversations to understand problems better. I'm really excited about the potential of this project and I'm looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
