前一個單元的What's for~?和 What are we having for~? 的意思完全一樣。
想隨口問問「今天吃什麼?」的時候，你可以說 What's cooking?，不過在口語中，這個句子也可以用來和熟人打招 呼，意思相當於What's up?或What's happening?。
I've made~又是一個現在完成式，在這裡不是表示經驗，而是指一個在此之前完成的動作。
~sounds good的sound，是「聲音」的意思，不過在此當動詞，意思是「聽起來~」。
 
It sounds like there is somebody at the door.
 (好像有人在門口那裡。)〔聽到有人在門口〕
You don't sound very happy.
(從你的聲音聽起來，你好像不大快樂。)
