淨空法師：不可以批評國家領導人

Master Chinkung: Do not criticize national leaders when they make mistakes.

第一句是「不作國賊，

The first sentence is "Don't be a traitor to the country.

第二句是「不謗國主」。

The second sentence is "Do not slander the Lord of the

國賊是什麼？

What is a national traitor?

傷害國家社會的事情，

Things that harm the country and society,

這個事情決定不能做。

Absolutely cannot do it.

不謗國主，

Do not slander the Lord of the country,

就是國家領導人，

Including national leaders,

國家領導人的範圍很廣，

The scope of national leaders is very wide.

從國家最高的領導人到最低階的鄉長、鎮長、村長，

From the country's highest leaders to the lowest township, town, and

只要他是個長，

If he is a chief,

都是屬於國家領導人，

They all belong to national leaders,

他們有什麼過失，

Whatever faults they have,

不可以批評。

Do not criticism.

為什麼？因為你是佛弟子，

Why?  Because you are a disciple of Buddha,

你就不可以批評，

You can't criticize.

社會別人批評不管他，

In the society, others criticize him but you don't bother.

佛的弟子是不許可。

Disciples of the Buddha are not allowed to do so.

他要做了不如法的事情，

If he has done something illegal,

他自然有法律處分他，

he would have legal sanctions against him.

我們不可以隨便的來道聽塗說，

We can't just simply listen and talk about it,

不可以。

Absolutely not.

《瓔珞經》上兩條戒是對在家佛弟子說的，

The two precepts in the "Diadem Sutra" are for lay Buddhist

第一條是「不漏國稅」，

The first one is "do not escape from national taxes."

第二條是「不犯國制」,

The second is "Do not violate the national system."

國制就是國家法律，

The national system is the national law,

我們必須要遵守。 

We must comply.
