問:很多現代人都患有失眠的病苦 Ask: Many modern people suffer from insomnia. 請問有什麼方法對治?May I ask what the cure is?
答:念佛好,睡不著覺念佛多好 Answer: It's good to chant Buddha's name. It's good to be able to chant more Buddha's name if you cannot fall asleep. 佛號念得愈多愈好 The more you recite the Buddha's name, the better 念到心地清淨就很好睡覺 and you will sleep well when your mind is pure 我覺得最好不要用藥物 I think it is better not to use medicine 藥物都有副作用 because medicines have side effects 對身體有損害 and could damage the body.
